Hehe. I actually think the first two FD's are fairly distinctive and good in their own rights; if nothing else, the big car-pileup in the 2nd one was pretty sweet, and unmatched by anything else in the series. But the third one was a stinker and this one was reeeeally bland, even the 3-D was lackluster.
@B-Sol, I still have yet to see H2. I was so disgusted with the first, that I practically refuse to see it (although if its on HBO in a few months, I might try and see how much I can get through).
@Matt, exactly. Why waste any time and just hop to it? It was a lot of fun though. Killing douchey kids in new and inventive ways? Sign me up!
@Tasha, I bet that extra hand comes in handy. Nyuck nyuck.
@J. Astro, I saw it on my cable's On Demand service, so no 3-D. Although you could totally tell which scenes were shot in 3-D. Overall, completely mindless and a lot of fun. Which was what I needed after watching Eden Lake ::shudders::
Niiice a 5/5 for entertainment?? Im a sucker for gimmicks so I wish I had seen this in 3D, but I will be sure to check it out when the netflix que dies down

I saw this back-to-back on the big weekend when it opened with H2--and wound up liking it a lot better! Who woulda thought...
Perfect review for any Final Destination film!
Bwahaha, I give this review three thumbs up (I have a third hand growing out of my back for just these occasions).
How precise.
